FeedMAX

The FeedMAX allows you to boost your addressing system's product output. With superior feeder capacity and utilization of the conveyor deck the feedmax streamlines the work area allowing the operator to multi-task easier. With its unique configuration the Feedmax allows for straight or 90º operation.

Vacuum Conveyor

The vacuum conveyor has endless vacuum belts and additional adjustable material carrying belts to accommodate a variety of widths and types of material. the standard dimensions are six feet in length and sixteen inches in width. Height is thirty-six inches with adjustable legs to ensure exact match for proper integration.

The finish is powder coated for long lasting beauty and ease of cleaning. The standard is a closed end at the beginning of the belt and an open end dispensing into a catch tray (included) or onto an optional collecting conveyor. A short (24 inch) conveyor may be attached to the base unit or a six-foot extended either in line, or at right angles, to accumulate the finished product.

A typical application is to mount a feeder and a labeling head or ink jet printer on the unit for processing all types of material from folded cartons to single sheets of paper. The variable speed control adjusts speeds to 1200 feet per minute.

Shingling Conveyor

Production models include a "collection" conveyor which is adjustable both vertically and horizontally. This conveyor is typically used to accumulate material from an inserter. maximum speed is one hundred feet per minute.

Also available is a shingling conveyor (very similar to a vacuum conveyor, except with no vacuum) which has the open end at the supply end of the belt and the closed end at the exit of the conveyor.

VT-50 Vacuum Transport

The Profold Vacuum Transport VT-50 is designed to precisely register and transport products at high speeds. This unit has the capability of a maximum output of 50,000 pieces per hour. This unit leaves the product open faced, which eliminates ink smears during ink jet applications.

The design of this unit allows it to work with feeders, tabbers, labelers, stamp affixers, ink jets and other equipment as your production needs demand.
