Big Shot Set Feeder

The Big Shot set feeder increases the productivity of binding, padding, and stitching machines. The Big Shot can produce 45 batches of 25 (over 1000 sheets) per minute! The discharge section can be adjusted to feed out in a near horizontal direction, which makes the Big Shot perfect for feeding into wrappers and other packaging machines.

The Big Shot will also operate as a High Speed Feeder. Rather then compressing sheets into a set, they can be expanded to any desired shingle size or to the point of complete separation. Imagine a stream of separated 11"x17" sheets being fed at over 1000 feet per minute!

Utilizing the patented Dynamic Rotation Technology TM separators between the positional belt applies "flex" to the paper and will extend the life of consumable products. Force Flex Technology stabilizes the paper for a smooth transition through the feeder and allows for variable thickness product within the same stack.

SideWinder

The SideWinder friction feeder is designed to handle large, heavy, thick or wrapped items such as books, magazines, corrugated cardboard, card or label stock and other items. The system consists of an integrated heavy stack autoloader magazine and a singulating section utilizing our patent pending and proven Vortex™ auto adjusting separating technology. Unlike traditional high shear friction feeders, the SideWinder will not stress, twist, or unfold even the most delicate uncovered books or folded materials.

IJ Series Continuous Feeder

The "IJ" Series continuous feed models may be removed from the Ink Jet base and mounted on a stand to feed other host machines such as an in-line tabber or a vacuum conveyor to feed material under a labeling head. Because they are so versatile, they are used to replace the infeed of folders as well. The "top load bottom feed" feature coupled with the very accurate separation capabilities provides one of the most valuable tools in the shop.

PS Series Counter Models feature easy set batch counter up to 999,999, automatic re-start, remote photo-electric trigger eye and feed control interface.

Multi-Purpose Feeder

By disengaging the vacuum shuttle feed, the friction feeder is easily placed over the shuttle and eliminates the difficult task of feeding single sheet, tri-folds, post cards or lightweight material. On even the most difficult material the feeder can increase production up to three times by even the most inexperienced operator.

EXtra Station Series

Eliminate the need for a second pass or hand-work by adding to your existing equipment. This model clamps on the front of most inserters and adds a station to eliminate additional processing time. The unit is completely mobile and can be moved form one machine to another in minutes.
