No machine-readable fonts, codes, special data processing or print format required.

Images for up to four inserts or three inserts and an addressed envelope are captured by miniature high-speed cameras and displayed on a monitor for visual match confirmation.

Our system keeps the operator in the matching process. Operator intervention is required to stop the inserter if a mismatch is identified. The system automatically monitors operator performance.

This unique system saves a graphic record of all matching inserts for every mail piece. Images are saved to a designated directory identified by customer, or job code. Images can be saved to disc and kept for future quality control.
