Pick-Rite System
This system is our intelligent selective inserting attachment. It may also be installed on any Phillipsburg style inserter with electronic gripper arm detection. Pick-Rite has the capability to selectively control up to twenty-three pockets. Each selectable insert is assigned to a mark and each mark is assigned to a pocket on the inserter during a job setup. CSI uses a PC based processor to control the detection and suction for each pocket on the inserter. Marks no larger than a period are read by a small video camera mounted below the inserter in the first pocket. By using a camera, Pick-Rite will read marks anywhere on the insert provided they can be detected by the camera. The CSI system interfaces with the inserter via a computer cable to the station switches. During installation, these switched are replaced with three way switches enabling a pocket with on, off, or selectable options. Pick-Rite will allow the inserter to cycle at two or three inserts per second. The system easily disconnects from the inserter and if the pocket switches are turned to the "on" position, the Inserter will perform like a standard machine.

Match-Rite System
Match-Rite was first installed in 1989. This system is designed to be installed by your technician on any Phillipsburg style inserter. Match-Rite will capture up to four personalized pieces and display them in quadrant format on a 19" monitor. These images are frozen on the screen at counts which are setup by the operator at the time of job setup. This gives the operator time to manually verify that the job is matching while the inserter is running at full speed. When a mismatch is detected, the operator stops the inserter, corrects the problem and continues. Up to three inserts can be matched to a personalized envelope or four personalized inserts to a window envelope.

Auto Match-Rite System
This system is similar to the Pick-Rite system as it will read marks from each of the personalized pieces. Each piece will have a unique grouping of marks for that package. The computer will match every package and stop the inserter if a mismatch is detected.

VisionMatch 2000 Your high speed inserters can be easily retrofitted to add the VisionMatch 2000 System which can read all linear and most 2D codes. The VisionMatch 2000 System can be added to your existing inserter and with one camera, will operate at full inserter production speeds with 100% verification integrity. Up to three additional cameras can be added to personalize additional items as desired.
