Maverick™

The Maverick™ Placing System places an un-tabbed, folded document at speeds up to 20,000 pieces per hour at locational accuracies to within +/- 1mm. The Maverick provides registration accuracy, placement accuracy, feed and placement reliability and overall fast speed. Dual servo motors provide the control and speed needed for the most demanding applications.

The Maverick™ High Speed Placing System is used to place items on discrete carrier pieces on vacuum tables or existing transports. Some applications include: folded instructions on to cartons, credit or phone cards on to carrier pieces, promotional items on to magazines or mailers, and many more. The system can also handle difficult to feed materials like embossed credit cards, nested backers and delicate sheets.

Sure-Place Attachment

The Sure-Place Attachment unit will eliminate hand placing projects. The most unusual items are placed in the insert track by the reciprocating pick arm with its multi-action movement. With an optional hot glue system eliminate off-line glue tipping operations. This system can be interfaced to your inserter in conjunction with the Sure-Place Attachment.

Pick-N-Place Tipping System

The Kirk Rudy Pick-N-Place Tip-On System combines the proven capabilities of the KR215 feeder base with the innovative KR203P Pick-N-Place Tip-On head. This complete system allows your product, be it prepackaged samples, credit calling cards or other products, to be picked, placed and adhered to pamphlets and flyers. With on demand features available, our system can be easily customized for your needs.
