Eclipse 640 - optional features - may be added at any time or ordered with the base machine
Print registration
By reading a mark on the edge of the film, the Eclipse 640 can keep the printed pattern on the film in the correct place on each finished bag.
Motorized shingling output conveyor
The shingling conveyor collects the bagged products as they leave the machine.
Additional product feeders
Product feeders can be added to the system as modules of two. The feeders are automatically integrated in to the Eclipse 640 control system. Each feeder has miss and double feed detection and reporting on the system screen. Whenever a miss or double feed is detected the system is stopped so the problem can be rectified.
Intelligent selection of feeders using OCR or barcode control
OCR, OMR (Optical Mark Reading) or barcode readers can be mounted on the prime feeder. The codes read can be used to control which subsequent feeders will feed a product to be enclosed.
Production reporting system
A production reporting system can be added. This gives full details of the number of products produced and average production speed. Details of stops and errors are also available.
Vacuum or Friction prime product end feeder
Products can be fed into the system by hand. However the process can be automated by a vacuum or friction product feeder feeding in to the end. This option is recommended for special products the standard feeders might not be able to handle.
Inkjet addressing
An ink jet printer can be fitted to the Eclipse 640. This can be used to print on to the bagged product either a fixed pattern, addresses from a database or both.
High Capacity Bulk Feeder
An optional bulk feeder can be fitted to the end of the machine to automatically fill the first feeder on the machine.
