CAN-TAB Inline Tabber

The first INLINE TABBER that’s economical, durable and fast. The CAN–TAB Tabber will run inline with any feeding system, Ink Jet, folder or labeling system: KIRK RUDY, CHESHIRE, BUSKRO, BAUM FOLDER, MBO, SURE-FEED and STREAMFEEDER.

The CAN–TAB system is variable speed to match the output of your feeding system and can tab up 25,000 pieces per hour with SINGLE or DOUBLE tabs. Change from single or double tab application with the flick of a switch and micro processing optics insures tight, clean tab application and precise tab registration at any speed. The system works with opaque and paper tabs and does NOT require pin fed tabs. Easy threading technology loads new rolls of tabs in seconds.

Unlike other Inline high-speed tabbers the CAN–TAB System comes complete with its own built in BUMP & TURN mechanism as a standard feature, this provides the flexibility of sealing any open side in any direction from any feeder.

SECAP Tabber / Labeller

Meeting all the requirements for tabbing, labeling, stamp or decal affixing with the PrintStream II Affixer. Easy to set up and operate in-line or off-line with the highest productivity for today's mailing professional.

Single, double or triple tabs will accept many types of feeders. Upgradeable to wide format also handles a wide variety of media and will work in-line with inkjet addressing systems.

LINX Tabber

Profold's LINX Tabber is a high performance unit for use in multiple shift operations. Allowing one or two tabs to be applied at a rate of 30,000 pieces per hour this unit has an exceptional throughput speed. Being highly versatile this Tabber can be placed with a labeller or ink jet base or off-line with high speed feeders.

LINX DX Tabber

Profold's LINX DX Tabber is a high performance unit for use in multiple shift operations. Allowing one or two tabs to be applied at a rate of 30,000 pieces per hour this unit has an exceptional throughput speed. This Tabber is the only one that has a 12" height adjustment for entry and exit pass line and patented bump turn assembly. This allows the unit to run in-line with folders, stitchers-trimmers, labellers, etc.

Datatech Tabber

Datatech Tabber automatically applies adhesive tabs/wafer seals to open-ended mail in accordance with postal regulations. A versatile, modular system which operates in-line with most labellers, printers, folders, etc. or as a stand alone self-feed unit. Handling a wide range of media including tri-folded stock, double postcards, newsletters and booklets at a rate of up to 12,000 pieces per hour.

Martin Yale Table Top Tabber

Seals mail pieces with an adhesive tab to create mailings that comply to Postal requirements. Reduce the cost of mailing by eliminating the need for envelopes. Handles pieces 5" to 12" wide and up to 1/8" thick, at a speed of 7,500 units per hour.

Sure-Feed Bump Turn

A versatile stand-alone system capable of matching your existing folder with an inline ink jet printer, tabbing system, trimmers and stitcher. Full height and angle adjustments with the left or right bump turning give you flexibility unavailable elsewhere. Adjustable multi-bump pin positioning can turn some of the most difficult materials in a smooth motion.
